Chase is such a phenomenal person to work with, he responds quickly and cares about the work he does. I could not have been happier with my results and will 100% be coming back and recommending him! He goes above and beyond to make sure nothing is missed and if your OCD like I am you will appreciate that as I do.

I couldn’t be more happy Maddens detailing. The customer service was awesome. Chase went over and beyond to fix things he didn’t have to. He always kept me updated on everything The shine is amazing and I have no regrets. Will now get all my vehicles done with them. I would recommend and was a 10 out 10.

I would like to give a Big Shoutout to Chase and his crew. The System X ceramic coating they put on my wife's 2026 Pilot is ALL THAT! The vehicle is easy to clean and is as smooth as glass afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the product, the professional courtesy, and the knowledge of Madden's Detailing. I would HIGHLY recommend Madden's Detailing! Absolutely TOP NOTCH service! Chase even went out of his way to accommodate us to pick up the vehicle due to conflicting times (he was closing early and we couldn't get there until after he closed) and he took the time to explain everything to us. I didn't feel rushed or like I was a bother to him. C. Bankston

Oh my gosh!! My Pilot looks AMZING!! Took my car to Chase because I was having problems with water spots not coming off after washing and hand drying. He got them off and we had him put a ceramic coating (System X) on, I have not had a problem with water spots and it is so easy to care for now. Chase is super easy to work with and will answer any and all questions you have (my husband had more than his share of questions to ask). Chase sent us updates of the work as he was completing it. He takes his time and makes sure you understand how to take care of vehicle you after. I highly recommend Madden's Premier Detailing for your vehicle's detailing needs! YES! I would/will use him again.

I was in the auto industry for over 35 years. I have run and managed quite a few dealerships new and used in my day. I have hired probably 50 detailers or more over my career. Now out of the car business, I purchased a vehicle that was about as horrific as it can get. I called Madden’s Premier Detail (Chase), and asked for his help. When he looked at the vehicle, I could tell he was not thrilled at taking on the task, and it wasn’t cheap, but nothing cheap is normally really good. I can honestly say I got every dollar worth of the money I spent and more!! This truck was returned to me in a condition that I could have put it on the showroom floor and you would’ve thought it was new. Because of my extreme satisfaction, I took him another vehicle today that had cat scratches all over the hood and sun damage. I picked it up two hours later and the hood looked brand new like from the factory!!! I’m going to say something that is a huge compliment. Chase could run circles around every detailer I have ever hired, and if you want a professional detailer, that is going to get the job done, and done right, don’t bother calling anyone else!!!
